Internship
A placement or co-op program involves working as part of
your study program. You can work on campus or off-campus.
For example, you may enroll in an associate degree program
in environmental studies. This differs from the standard degree in environmental
studies because it allows you to spend 3 or 4 months (or more) in your field of
study each year. This is a great way to gain hands-on professional experience
in a Canadian work environment.
